We used booking.com for reservation at kimchee sinchon guesthouse.
Easy and the price also cheap which is only 11000 won per night, we stayed at female dorm room.
The owner and the staff was very friendly and they can speak english, that make our communication much easier.
The guesthouse is located at hongdae, near the hongik univ. Station and easy to find that place because the owner will send an email to you for the direction.
Overall, I'll recommend this guesthouse for those who need to stay at a cheap place and comfort.:-)
